Cemetery Committee
The committee is beginning the process of mapping and cataloging cemetery plots and gravesites, starting with the older section directly across from the sanctuary. Our goal is to complete this project by the end of November.

Children's Ministry and Youth: Kids Own Worship:
All children, Pre-K through 5th grade are invited to participate in a special KIDS OWN WORSHIP just for them during our 11am service. This will include a lesson on the sermon scripture with hands-on activities.
Our location is able to accomadte both children and youth. Meeting in this location will allow easier access to the outside area as well as our playground. A full kitchen and bathroom are also available in this area.

Singing is an important part of Christian worship. As we lift our voices together in praise, we not only honor God but also experience the joy, peace, and encouragement that come from worshiping Him as a church family.
The Worship Committee encourages everyone to sing wholeheartedly during our services. Your voice is a gift from God, and every hymn is an opportunity to glorify Him, strengthen your faith, and encourage those around you. Let’s continue to make a joyful noise together as we worship our Lord!

Who are the Lucy Girls?
We are a group of women at Fair Grove Church who love God, our Church, community and want to make a difference to the world, starting with our own community. We pray to be, “God’s Chosen Hands”.
Where did we get our name?
Lucy Webb Hayes was a devout Methodist and the wife of Rutherford A Hayes, the 19th U.S. President. She was a tireless advocate for the distressed and underprivileged. Mrs. Hayes was the first president of the Women’s Home Missionary Society and established a national training school for deaconesses and missionaries. When our church members could not remember our group name, Lucy Webb Hayes Circle, they would just say ” you know…those Lucy girls”.
Finance Committee:
The Fair Grove Church Finance Committee is charged with the responsibility of managing God's resources, accumulated over almost 200 years in the life of Fair Grove Church. The committee consists of the Chairman, Pastor, Church Council Chairman, Chairman of the Trustees, Chair of the Staff and Pastor Relations Committee, and the Lay Minister.
Our mission is to provide guidance to the Church's committees and members as we dedicate those available resources to budgeted projects, disperse donated funds to local community agencies, and provide Christian education and worship in order to spread Jesus' message of Good News to all with the help of the Holy Spirit.
